About Our Company
Palladium Fine Arts Training implements a results-driven training method that ensures the highest quality education is delivered in a short time. This is achieved through concise yet in-depth short courses. In addition to the courses on offer, Palladium Fine Arts Training will host independent workshops dedicated to multiple facets of jewelry design and metal smithing including etching, gem setting, engraving and the creation of resin jewelry.
With the current popularity of the industry and based upon the research conducted, we expect students to enroll from both inside and outside of the United Arab Emirates due to the naturally generated word-of-mouth campaign.
As we are Under KHDA; All hiring and on-boarding Are in line with KHDA and MOL guidelines and subject to KHDA and MOL approvals.
The best-performing students will be hired as trainers and will attend in-person exhibitions to showcase and potentially sell the high-quality jewelry they have created while enrolled in our curriculum.
All training and educational practices will be conducted in English. Students will be continuously supported throughout their education and subsequent business ventures as Palladium Fine Arts Training will offer guidance regarding entrepreneurship in the jewelry business. Plans are in place to attend jewelry exhibitions alongside students in order to assist them with self-marketing techniques and their entry into the industry. Furthermore, we will assist in the set-up of boutiques, e-commerce platforms and social media.
At the End of each course students will receive Certificate Diploma approved By KHDA, and can start their own business.
High-performing students can undergo a six-month trainee program before being on-boarded at Palladium Fine Arts Training as an assistant trainer.
